Springboard Sitebuilder Support
The easiest way to get help for your Springboard Sitebuilder website is
through your website admin control panel. Through your admin control panel
you will have access to the following:
- Context Sensitive Help: Help is available from each page of the builder.
Simply click the help icon located at the top-right of any page for help
related to that particular section of the control panel. You can also click
the "help documents" link at the bottom of
your admin control panel to access this help system.
- FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions): There is an updated list of answers
to frequently asked questions located right within your admin control panel.
Just click the FAQ icon located at the bottom of the main admin page to
access this list.
- Video Tutorials: There are a number of video tutorials
designed to get new users up to speed quickly. These tutorials can be accessed
from right within your control panel. Simply click the "Tutorials" link
in the help section of your admin control panel for quick access to all
video tutorials. See below to access tutorials from this site.
- Support Ticketing System: Still can't find an
answer to your question? Get help from a real person through the Sitebuilder's
built-in support ticketing system. Tickets submitted through the support
ticketing system are answered by a support professional trained specifically
to answer questions on the Springboard Sitebuilder system.
- Contact Your Consultant: You are always one click
away from your personal consultant. Questions about how to market or promote
your site, need help with design or other need for personal assistance?
Just click the "Contact Your Consultant" link to email your consultant.

Logging In to Your Admin Control Panel
In order to login to your admin control panel, you will need the username
and password that were created when the account was setup. Please contact
your consultant directly for this information if you do not have it.
In order
to access the login form shown below you will need to navigate to the
login page. Depending on the design of your site you may or may not have
an Admin Login link located directly on your website. If you do, simply click
the link to access the login form. If you do not, you will need to type the
following url into the address bar of your web browser, replacing "yourdomain.com"
with the actual domain of your website.
http://www.yourdomain.com/admin.php
If your username and password combo does not work for some reason, please
contact your consultant for help.
